6 C corn
1 T all purpose flour
1 ½ t sugar
1 t salt
½ t pepper
2 T oil
¾ C water
1 T butter
Cook corn in a skillet until it’s beginning to brown. Reduce to low. Stir flour, sugar, salt, and pepper into corn and cook 1 min. Stir in ½ C water and cook, stirring constantly until water evaporates. Add remaining water and cook until corn is soft. Stir in butter and serve.
