4 boneless pork chops
½ C flour (use white rice flour to make it gluten free)
1 t salt
1 t pepper
¾ t ginger
1/8 t nutmeg
1 ½ t paprika
¼ t cayenne
¼ C egg beaters
2 T water
Honey Sauce:
¼ C honey
1 T soy sauce
¼ t garlic powder
¼ t pepper
Mix the dry ingredients. Coat both sides of the chops in the flour mix. Dip in egg wash, and coat with flour again. Place in skillet with hot oil coating the bottom. Cook 5 min per side. Drizzle with honey sauce before serving.
