1 C flour
½ C sugar
½ C butter
Cut together until crumbly. Press into an 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
½ C raspberry jam
1 C finely chopped walnuts
Spread the jam on the warm bars and sprinkle with the walnuts.
2 eggs
½ C brown sugar
1 t vanilla
¼ t baking soda
2 T flour
Mix this topping together until smooth. Pour over walnuts and jam. Return to oven again for 25 minutes or until set and golden brown.
Let cool a bit before cutting and serving.
