~5 lbs chopped, peeled apples, thinly sliced
½ C water
2 T lemon juice
¼ C coconut sugar
6 cinnamon sticks
Place all in crock pot, stir well, cook on low for 6 hours. Remove cinnamon sticks (rinse and reuse if you’d like) and blend with immersion blender. Serve warm or cold.
