Serves 4 to 8 depending upon what they are served with.
Use your own favorite bread dough or two 8 oz tubes of crescent rolls
4 T diced green onions
12 oz Brie or Gouda cheese, cubed
~1 C diced chicken or turkey
1 egg, beaten
Shredded Parmesan cheese
Finely chopped fresh or ground dry Rosemary
Shape rolls into 8 squares. Place an even amount of onion, cheese, and turkey on each. Seal on top. Brush with egg, sprinkle with cheese and rosemary.
Bake at 350 for ~30 min.
