Serves 15
2/3 C olive oil
½ C sugar
1/3 C lemon juice
2 t poppy seeds
2 t diced red onion or ¼ t onion powder
1 t yellow mustard
½ t salt
Combine in jar, shake well, or use a blender.
Drizzle over salad of -
romaine lettuce
shredded Swiss cheese
salted, toasted cashews
thinly sliced pear
dried cranberries (optional)
