Serves 4
350 375 for 20-30 min
4 sole fillets
1 C bread crumbs
1 C crab meat
¼ t onion powder
½ t salt
dash of rosemary, thyme, and dill
1 egg
Stir together, spoon on fish, roll up, secure with toothpick. Drizzle with butter, bake.
Optional sauce:
3 T butter, melt
1 T flour, stir in
2/3 C chicken broth, stir in and cook until thickened
Spoon over fish, sprinkle with chopped almonds, Parmesan cheese,
Broil until nuts are browned.
