8 chicken breasts
1/2 C milk
1/2 C pecans
1/2 C flour
1 T sesame seeds
1 1/2 t paprika
1 ½ t pepper
1 t salt
oil for sautéing.
Whirl
the pecans, flour, and seasoning in a food processor until you have
fine crumbs. Dip the breasts in milk and then roll in the nut mixture.
Sauté each breast in hot oil until lightly browned on each side. Finish
baking them in the oven.
