1 pound of fish fillets (sole or cod work well)
6 oz crabmeat, drained and flaked (or 1 C imitation crabmeat, chopped)
½ C grated Parmesan cheese
½ C mayonnaise
1 t lemon juice
1/3 C slivered almonds
Place the fish on a greased baking sheet or pan. Mix the topping ingredients together and spoon on top of fish. Sprinkle lightly with paprika if desired. Bake until the fish is done and the topping is bubbly and lightly browned.Should serve 5-6 people.
