2 C sliced fresh mushrooms
2 T oil or butter
½ t minced garlic
4 servings of sole
¼ t lemon pepper seasoning
¼ t paprika
1/8 t cayenne
1 medium tomato, diced
2 green onions, diced
Saute the mushrooms and garlic briefly in the oil. Place the fish on top, sprinkle with seasonings, sprinkle with the tomato and onion, place lid on pot and cook until done.
