2 ½ C all purpose flour
1 T sugar
1 t coarsely ground pepper
1 t baking powder
¾ t salt
½ t baking soda
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
2 eggs
8 oz low fat plain yogurt
½ C canola oil
¼ C skim milk
1 T spicy brown mustard
Combine all the dry ingredients and mix well. Stir together the wet ingredients and stir gently into the dry until just moistened. Either bake in a loaf pan at 350 for 1 hour or bake in well greased muffin tins until they pass a toothpick test.
