1 C warm water
1/3 C plain yogurt
2 T olive oil
1 T yeast
1 ¼ C whole wheat flour
¾ C finely chopped walnuts
2 T brown sugar
1 t salt
2 ¼ C flour or more
Knead until elastic. Let rise covered. Shape into 2 loaves, spray, cover, let double. Bake at 375 for 30 min or until done.
