½ C butter, softened
3 C powdered sugar
2/3 C sweetened condensed milk
1 t vanilla
2 C finely chopped pecans
1 lb white chocolate, melted
Mix the first 5 ingredients well, chill, roll into bite sized balls, chill again if necessary. Dip in the melted white chocolate until coated, let firm on waxed paper, store in refrigerator.
