2 medium ripe avocados, peeled
8 oz fat free cream cheese
4 oz green chilies
¼ C chopped onions
1 T lemon juice
¼ t minced garlic
¼ t salt
2 tomatoes, seeded and finely chopped
Blend the first seven ingredients in a food processor until smooth, then stir in the tomatoes by hand. Chill until you serve. Enjoy!
