1 T butter
4 ½ t flour
½ t ground mustard
¼ t cayenne pepper
1/8 t salt
1 C milk
1 small onion, sautéed
1 lb mini salad shrimp
One 14 inch pizza crust
¾ C shredded mozzarella or Jack cheese
Melt the butter, stir in the dry ingredients, gradually add the milk and cook until thickened. Spread on the pizza crust, sprinkle with onions and shrimp, and top with cheese. Bake until golden brown.
