½ C sliced green onion or white onion
2 T minced fresh ginger
1 t allspice
3 fresh jalapeno chiles, seeded, chopped
1 t oil
2 t pepper
½ t salt
¼ t garlic powder
1 T honey
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Rub on the chicken pieces, place in a crock pot, cook on low until done. I used chicken thighs, and I took off the skin before I rubbed them.
