12 oz semi sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 lb bag of mini marshmallows
1 C Heath Toffee Chip
1 C chopped pecans
Melt the chocolate chips and the milk together over medium heat in a saucepan.  Stir until smooth.  Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients.  Pour onto a lined pan and chill until firm.  Cut into bite sized pieces.  Store in refrigerator.
