2 T olive oil
1 t sesame oil
1 T minced fresh ginger
1 ½ pounds of asparagus, cut into bit sized pieces
½ C chopped cashews
1 T (or less) soy sauce
Saute the ginger in the oils for 1 minute. Add the asparagus and stir fry until crisp tender. Stir in the cashews and soy sauce heat through and serve. Serves at least 6.
