1 C semi sweet chocolate chips
2 T oil
1 C sugar
¼ C egg beaters
1 ½ t vanilla
¼ C water
1 C flour
¾ C white whole wheat flour (or all purpose)
¾ t baking powder ¼ t salt
~1 C chocolate chips
Melt the chocolate chips and oil together. Mix the sugar, egg beaters, vanilla, and water with the melted chocolate. Add the dry ingredients together, then combine with the liquids. Stir well. Stir the extra cup of chocolate chips in at the end. Scoop into balls, roll in powdered sugar, bake at 350 for 12 min.
