2 T instant coffee granules
1 T cream
1 C butter, softened
2/3 C sugar
2/3 C brown sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
2 ½ C all purpose flour
1 t baking soda
¼ t salt
¼ C baking cocoa
½ C chopped walnuts, toasted
½ C mini chocolate chips
Combine the instant coffee and the cream, stir until dissolved. Cream the butter and sugars until fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla. Stir in the dry ingredients. Divide the dough in half. Add the cocoa and walnuts to one half. Add the chocolate chips to the other half. Roll into small balls, squish together side by side. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
