2/3 C macadamia nuts
½ C sugar
½ C brown sugar
1 t vanilla
1 egg
1 ¼ C all purposed flour
½ t baking soda
¼ t salt
½ C dried cranberries
1 T sugar
Blend the nuts for 2 minutes in food processor.
Blend nut butter with the sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
Add the dry ingredients to butter mixture. Roll into 30 balls, roll balls in sugar. Bake at 375 for 10-12 minutes.
