2 medium onions
2 carrots, diced
2 celery ribs, diced
1 T olive oil
 ½ t minced garlic
4 C chicken broth
10 oz tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
½ C frozen peas
1 bay leaf
½ t basil and thyme
¼ t cumin and pepper
¼ - ½ t hot pepper sauce
½ C uncooked orzo
2 C cooked diced turkey
1 T minced fresh cilantro
 
In a large soup pot, sauté  the onions, celery, and carrots until tender.  Add the remaining ingredients to the vegetables, bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer and cook uncovered for 15 min.
